Bleed Thru industrial solid paint stick from Markal. These industrial crayons have a special paint formula that makes them nearly impossible to paint over with water-based paint. The Markal Paintstik BL works like Markal's other Paintstiks, but it bleeds through the paint if you try to paint over it afterwards. Blue permanent paint that adheres to all types of materials and can even handle dirty and wet surfaces. We also sell Markal Painstik BL, which is designed to bleed through oil-based paint.
