This is the replacement ink cell for the Pilot V Board Master S whiteboard marker. It twists into the marker barrel in place of an empty cartridge, so the same marker body can keep being used instead of being thrown away and replaced. The capsule is clear, so you can check how much ink is left before it runs out mid-task.
