The 400 ml Talens 064 is a concentrated fixative formula in a wide-valve aerosol can, built for covering large surfaces — full sketchbook spreads, big charcoal pieces, or a series of pastel works — with an even, fine mist rather than working section by section with a smaller can. That even distribution matters most on bigger pieces, since uneven spraying on a large surface is more likely to leave visible spotting or pooling on delicate powdery highlights. The resin anchors loose pastel, charcoal, chalk, or graphite dust onto paper, and also clears "blooming," the cloudy white wax film that builds up on heavy colored pencil layers over time.

It's a self-contained aerosol can, sprayed straight from the can while holding it about 40 cm from the surface in a well-ventilated space, and dries to a clear, non-yellowing matte finish.
