This set covers all three Tombow water brush tips — Fine, Medium, and Broad Flat — in one pack, giving a working range from fine detail to broad washes without buying each separately. Each pen has a refillable plastic barrel that acts as a built-in water reservoir: unscrew it, fill with tap or distilled water, and squeezing the barrel feeds a controlled amount of water through to the bristles, so there's no separate water cup to manage while working. The nylon bristles hold their shape over repeated use and clean up by squeezing out a bit of water and wiping on scrap paper or a cloth.

These are designed to be loaded with pigment from water-reactive markers — Tombow ABT pens or similar — or used directly with pan watercolors, picking up color either from a marker tip or a palette and carrying it onto the page.
