This 6-pan set sticks entirely to gold tones rather than mixing in other colors, ranging from a pale champagne gold through deeper bronzed shades, all bound with concentrated reflective mica pigment for full opacity and zero streaking. That focus makes it suited to a specific use case — manuscript-style illumination, gilded borders, or lettering headers — where you want a range of gold values to work with rather than a single flat gold tone.

Like the rest of the metallic Gansai Tambi sets, the opacity holds up on both white and black paper, so gold lettering or accents stay visible and bright on dark backgrounds rather than washing out.
